  • Generation Change: Roll Up Your Sleeves and Change the World

"I think my generation is tired of 'waiting on the world to change.' Take a look at efforts like American Idol Gives Back or Oprah's Big Give--they really encourage me. Finally, people are not first feeling pity for others, but instead are feeling a responsibility to improve the world and lessen suffering. Whether it's fighting back against malaria, rebuilding the Katrina region, fighting HIV/AIDS, homelessness, human trafficking, or poverty, we can each make a difference. I hope Generation Change gives people a place to start." ~ Zach Hunter

Our world is broken, but teens can change that. Zach Hunter is a teenage activist, working to end modern-day slavery, and he believes his generation can be the one to change our world for the better. Inside teens will read stories of real students changing the world, and find tangible ideas they can use to be the generation of change.
